Bugs fixed:

1. Issues concerning EPG processing and representation;
2. Bug in streamer that has always assigned zero TTL to multicast streams;
3. Incorrect limitations for frequencies input in the web interface that blocked proper use of DVB-T;
4. Bug in IPTV billing that effectively prevented some users from buying VoD content;
5. Incorrect refresh of 'FEC' streamer status in the web interface;
6. Incorrect decryption of channels on transponders that use open and encrypted channels simultaneously;
7. Incorrect rendering of the special date value "forever" as "10.01.294247 07:00" that occured sometimes in the administrator interface;
8. Issues concerning treatment of TVoD files larger than 2GB.
